Pig Outsmarts Humans and Escapes His Pen! Calling someone a pig isn't the nicest epithet. And saying it in the pejorative says more about our general ignorance of pigs than it does about the person we're attempting to drag through the mud as it were. But as it turns out, pickle piggies are in fact incredibly intelligent, possibly even more intelligent than chimpanzees and dogs. Not only do they have excellent long-term memories, but they highly developed problem solving capabilities too. As evidenced by the pig in this YouTube video who apparently has made it his life-goal to break free from every pen he finds himself in. According his humans, Houdini-pig kept escaping from their paddock. So, to secure the escapee they created a pen armed with electric fencing. But pig was ...
Abandoned Baby Lambs Have No One In The World, Until They Find Each Other! Gary was born at a livestock auction, likely in one of the pens where animals are held before being sold off. His mother was sold and brought away to slaughter, leaving him all alone in the world at only a few hours old. Without intervention, he wouldn’t survive. Home with five dogs is a home with a lot of dogs, but at that point, what’s one more? Of course, in the case of Chowder, it’s not another dog we’re talking about, but, in fact, a very large piggy. A piggy who, after being brought up by five dogs, considers himself to be one of the pack. And his canine siblings are totally on board with that. Chowder’s dog family is a mix of different sizes and breeds, so they’re all used to accepting and appreciating differences. They range from a small Pomeranian mix to a large German shepherd, and they all enjoy hanging out, either in their human Shelby’s cozy living room or out on the sunny back patio. We always think of dogs as the ones who love to show their affection for us, not to mention love to cuddle. But in fact, there are plenty of animals

It all began when his owners, Amanda Whitlock and her partner, took in a group of baby lambs who were in need of care and guidance. While she handled the feeding duties, Steve apparently decided he'd step in to offer them something even more alluring — membership in a new club in whi
