A UK based railway company called Southern Rail has been doing its best to upset the public lately.
Late trains, reduced services and industrial disputes have plagued the company in the last few months. In a last ditch attempt, the upper management at Southern Rail decided to do something unexpected. They handed their customer service focused Twitter account off to a 15-year-old intern and let him take the helm.
The public asked Eddie about everything else under the sun.
They couldn’t get enough of his cheery charm.
He even spawned the hashtag #askeddie
And boy oh boy are people asking
Putting Eddie in charge has been one of the most popular decisions the rail company has made in quite awhile.
Let’s just hope they offer him a job one day!
